just wondering cuz she wrote those really crazy things about this weekend s box-office, where she drools over the Expendables but laughs at the EPL, in a way that is almost offensive (her article, I mean)

Nikki's article is really offense and stupid. Nikki is really no one important, but she thinks she is and some people treat her like she is. For her to say that women have bad taste and are stupid because they went to go see EPL and yet says nothing about the bad taste of the people who spend their money on a just as bad of money as the Expendables is just dumb.

It seriously amazes me when people argue that bad taste is concentrated within any one demographic.

That really is true. I've seen so many guys in full-out geekery, so excited for The Expendables, and many of them are the same ones who are horrified and confused by women being excited for Twilight. Everyone has their guilty pleasures.

And for those still ragging on Salt...even with packing itself with every 80s/90s action star they could get their hands on, TE's opening weekend will be smaller than Salt's, carried solely on Angelina's name.

If there was a movie where Julia Roberts rediscovered herself while blowing the shit out of everything around her, both sides woulda been happy.

And don't forget, SALT opened up against the super hot INCEPTION in its second weekend.

Looks like SCOTT PILGRIM might actually faded during the weekend down to #5, getting surpassed by INCEPTION which been out what a month or more?
