    1. My Bloody Valentine, m b v
    2. Tegan and Sara, Heartthrob

    4. Foals, Holy Fire
    5. Local Natives, Hummingbird
    6. Toro y Moi, Anything in Return
    7. Ra Ra Riot, Beta Love

Top five are all really good and the bottom two aren't bad at all, especially 'Anything in Return'. Great start to the year, plus, what I've heard from Frightened Rabbit is really good, and I still need to listen to the Nick Cave album.

It's fantastic! And definitely a surprise, as I've not really liked anything else James Blake has done. This song has a clarity and stronger compositional voice that his other songs do not.

I did like his debut album. It is an acquired taste but you are right the sound of this song is on another level of his previous work.

I don't think it's that much different from his first album, but the song is indeed excellent.

Agreed on both points. It does have a slightly different sound/structure, but it's not radically different or anything.
