Btw, a good actress never dies. Maybe a Viola Davis kind of worst character actress does, but not Nicole Kidman. She has plenty of Oscar-worthy performances and still, she has only three nominations. Unfair but based on this, I would say she's going to have at least two more.

Banned for why? I did not say single personal comment about her, I said things about her awful acting skills and commens about her as an actress. I'm sure she's a nice person. But she's not that good as people trying to make her one of the greatest actress in Hollywood. People are calling actresses bitch and ugly nick names for being annoying as a person on AD, and still they are not banned....so....

No one has said she's the greatest actress in Hollywood...in fact all your ranting usually comes when someone mentions that she could be considered due and could win with her next Oscary vehicle. That has nothing to do with her being a great actress, but more with her place in Hollywood.

I say she has more nominations than she deserves. I mean, she convinced practically no one when she played Tom Cruise's wife. Granted, few actresses in the world could have pulled that one off, but still! Enough is enough.

Let's be honest, if she could not nab a nom for excellent performances in films such as To die for, Cold Mountain, Eyes wide shut, Birth, it's unlikely that she will be recognized again when her popularity and career goes downhill.
She should have been recognized for Dogville also but apparently AMPAS hates that masterpiece.
Kidman is a good actress, and at one point in her career she was an amazing actress. In fact, in looking over her early work I'm astounded. Her 90's work was uncompromising and rather stellar, even in films that didn't deserve her to be so good in them. That being said, her career has plummeted to a degree and she hasn't really picked up the pace enough to validate a resurgence of her career. Her work in Rabbit Hole was wonderful and I'm glad the Academy bit, but I don't really see her surviving the slump in her career.
What slump are you talking about exactly?
