    I forgot to vote.

I'm surprised it even got nominated for Cinematography. That was great to see.

Not easily. I got lucky - it played in Pasadena for one week.

The deliberate omission of Naomi and JLaw is so predictable and pathetic. But happy for Logan!!!!

Yay Pi has the most noms. And I plan to vote for it almost everywhere.

I didn't know anyone here liked Life of Pi? LOL. I am ok with the Logan Lerman nod, but no Ezra Miller??

Great. Now who's going to watch Sunday Rose on SAG night??

Some nice surprises like Anatolia popping up in ensemble (Although I voted for it all over, I wouldn't expect it to make a dent), Jeon-Louis Trigintant, Leo Carax, Turin Horse (again even one nom is great) and less showing of Silver Linings Playbook and Argo.

Only perplexing thing is the nomination of Logan Lerman. Like what the hell that came from?

    And yes, thanks Darbicus!!!

The Picture line-up is pretty respectable, while the 5 Director nominees are fantastic. I'm kinda disappointed Cloud Atlas didn't make Picture though And I can't believe Lee made it here?! I always thought AD wasn't very keen on Life of Pi. But nevertheless, I'm thrilled for him

The Actor nominees are all uniformly strong. Trinitignant and Lavant?! Except Lerman. He was good, but if anyone deserved a nomination for The Perks of Being a Wallflower, it's Erza Miller. Both Bradley Cooper and JLaw were snubbed!

I'm also surprised Lee Jones missed for Lincoln. Doona Bae for Supporting Actress! Although I think Legend wins by default

    Yay for Lerman!

I am so sad by the Looper shutout. Not even one nomination.

The biggest surprise is without doubt Life of Pi. Like, how that happened?

LOL, Garrett Hedlund. I think we all know why that happened. It can't be his acting .

But in general, these are quite good. Too much Pi love, but people seem to love that for some reason. But, Garrett Hedlund .

The lack of Tabu love, here on AD, is baffling to me.

Underseen, I fear. This played in the US in, what, three theaters?
