    I like Nicki and I don't think she was at fault in that fight, but the only reason she dominates the panel is because she immediately starts talking first and then doesn't let anyone else get a word in edgewise. It actually comes off kind of desperate. I loved that episode, I think it was the second one, when she was always the first person to start to talking to contestants and when she asked them who their inspiration was and why they came there, they'd all turn to Mariah lol.

    Pretty much this.

    While I do like Nicki and the overall chemistry of the panel, this praise she has been getting has been baffling.

    I definitely think the panel has a good chemistry. I did not think that would be the case. So, if they can teeter on the edge of being critical and not combative, then I think the judge's panel shouldn't tank this season- although it has already jumped the proverbial shark with this "shocking fight" garbage.

    Also, Candace Glover should get a golden ticket to the Top 12 or 13. She was dynamite.

    i never liked nicki but american idol is makin me love her. she's hilarious and annoying at the same time and the moment when she walked out was so compelling tv. it's like a courtroom drama. hahahaha. funny stuff.

    I guess this show is going for the comedy angle now and it's actually pretty fun? I was forced to watch one episode and Niki Minaj hooked me.

    This audition kills me. I've watched it probably 5 times since last week and every single time I can't stop laughing the whole way through. Phenomenal.

    Angela Miller is fantastic, but I have a feeling she's going to become another whiny, annoying Colton Dixon.

    Last night was fine, but Nicki telling that country girl in the shorts while eliminating her that they love what she's doing as a psychiatric nurse and she should go back to that was one of the funniest, shadiest things I've ever heard on this show.

    All of the dismissals were so awkward last night, and even some of the advancements. Mimi's "You know I never liked you...so....we're keeping you around" was just lmao.
