Finally broke down and purchased this.

Listening to it in the car is a whole different experience. I'm really starting to appreciate this more and more.

    Will Oscar have Riva Fever?

Sales prediction upped again to 850-900K!

Mirrors is going to be such a huge hit here in America.

So Strawberry Bubblegum and Tunnel Vision are my fave.

I wonder how many tracks Timbo will have on Beyonce's album

Mirrors is brilliant, my favorite so far. The album is growing on me, but I still prefer FS/LS.

Gave in and purchased the Deluxe version at Target. I'm kinda pissed it doesn't have the lyrics, though.

Also, sales projections are in the 950-975k range. I hope it reaches a million.

I've been listening to nothing but this album since I bought it last week and I must say, it's kind of perfect; right?

    1) Blue Ocean Floor
    2) Don't Hold the Wall
    3) Strawberry Bubblegum
    4) Mirrors
    5) Tunnel Vision
    6) Pusher Love Girl
    7) That Girl
    8) Suit & Tie
    9) Spaceship Coupe
    10) Let the Groove Get In

The first four are undisputed masterpieces. The next three are ridiculously good. Suit & Tie would be better without Jay-Z, Spaceship Coupe would be better with better lyrics and Let the Groove Get In would be better left off entirely (the only song I find grating) but like...it works in the context of the album and so like I can't hate it because I never skip it because as a whole the album is king of perfect; right?

I feel like such a sap but I totally get semi emotional during the second half of "Mirrors." It's like involuntary.

Let The Groove In is easily my favorite. It feels fresh in a way that I wish the entire album did.

There's something about listening to this that feels tedious. It fails where FutureSex/LoveSounds succeeded in feeling like a comprehensive, cohesive piece of work. The intros and outros are way too long and make the entire thing feel oddly paced and long.

Ugh. I hate Let the Groove in. It feels so out of place. :ducks:

I think it feels out of place, too, but I want to go to that place.

Yeah, I liked "Let the Groove Get In" at first but now it's like entirely skip-able.

I don't see how this sounds fresh at all though...like it's just repetitive and loud, but not in a modern or relevant way.

Don't Hold the Wall and Strawberry Bubblegum are currently my favourites. This is a spectacular album overall!
