That's the story of my life. I actually wish AD was a Youtube board so that I could sing every post instead of writing it.

    On his own
    Pretending Oscar is with him
    All alone
He walks with him 'til morning
In the darkness he feels his gold in his hand
And when the passion feels too far Steven thinks it's still there.

Only if she casts herself as Fantine, Eponine and (young) Cosette.

"No Barbra Steisands were injured during the filming of this movie." I love that joke.

I'm pretty sure they used the word, "Jewy."

    Susanne Bier’s Les Misérables:

    With:

    Mariano Rajoy as Jean Valjean
    Angela Merkel as Javert

    Also starring:

    Lucas Papademos as Fantine
    David Cameron as Bamataboise
    François Hollande as Marius
    Michael D. Higgins as Eponine

    And:
Ueli Maurer and Eveline Widmer-Schlumpf as Msr. And Mme. Thénardier

I prefer Christopher Guest's, where everybody gets cast as the Thenardiers.

They'll have to write a new aria, "Eyeballs".

I loved him in STAR WARS.

But yes congrats ErikDean. By yourself you took a highly anticipated AD release and by a mere prick you deflated that balloon and now people seem to anticipate it as much as they did the recent RED DAWN remake.

    I envy you.

    Hey, I pricked myself too.

    ...

I've really been looking forward to this but I kept my expectations tempered, and I'm glad I did, otherwise I'd probably hate it more.

Eh, it's only a surprise if your eyes are closed.

Why would they be expecting it?

Then again I wasn't expecting AD to collectively go down the drain after one local review.

    YOU HAVE THE POWER!

Do you think the film would have been more well-received, if another director took a chance on it? I'm not a fan of Tom Hooper's fascination with dutch angles.

When I read ErikDean mention the overuse of dutch angles, this immediately came to mind.

Yeah that'll help the Oscar campaign.

(Unless we undercounted the Scientology members in the Academy voting body?)
