Christmas Time, You're So Fine!
The Master
A Separation
The Tree of Life
A Serious Man
No Country for Old Men
I think all of those are unqualified masterpieces. But I know I've missed a lot even in the years those come from, and I suspect I have forgotten a film or two as well.

In 2011 I had five:
Hanna (Wright)
Melancholia (Von Trier)
Contagion (Soderbergh)
Drive (Refn)
Submarine (Ayoade)
For 2012 releases I only have one so far:
Anna Karenina (Wright)
though
The Deep Blue Sea (Davies)
Django Unchained (Tarantino)
are very close and my grade could potentially change for them.
Other A+ films I've recently seen:
Charade (Donen, 1963)
Do The Right Thing (Lee, 1989)
Women in Love (Russell, 1969)
The Long Goodbye (Altman, 1973)
The Great Silence (Corbucci, 1968)
