How did I forget Some Like It Hot and Bridget Jones' Diary!
I know I've got a big ego, I really don't know why it's such a big deal, though.

But I swear to God, Baseketball is probably my biggest one. I don't know why I like that movie at all. It's SO DUMB but every time it's on, I watch it and laugh like a moron.

Yeah, I usually don't watch a movie more than once. These are the exceptions, I guess:

    Titanic (7x)
Romy and Michele's High School Reunion (4x)
    Lost in Translation (4x)
    Heavenly Creatures (3x)

Every comedy that I'd rate 4.5/5 or A- is something I'd re-watch, so long as it's been long enough that I don't remember all the jokes.

    Borat x10 though.

Bram Stoker's Dracula. A couple of days ago it was on TV (again) and I just decided to watch it (again). Its visuals, its atmospehere, its score, everything is such a lesson in filmmaking (despite the script and acting problems) that I could watch it in a continuous loop and always find something to admire. I'd, however, skip the scenes with Anthony Hopkins hamming it up, and the scenes with Renfield (damn, I'd delete the whole Renfield subplot FROM THE NOVEL). Scenes in which Hopkins is the focus, I mean. Because he appears in other scenes that are simply breathtaking, such as the definitive killling of Lucy.

Yesterday The Remains of the Day was on, too, and again I decided to watch it. I guess I could watch again and again any movie that I consider to be a solid one (say, grade of 8/10 and higher).

But as an adult, I think the one I've seen the most is The Age of Innocence. I like, can recite the dialogue.

I always find animated films are ones you can easily watch over and over.

    - Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs
    - The Emperors New Groove
    - Tangled

    Don't judge.

I think the main movie for me is Bridget Jones' Diary. I can watch that film over and over again and it just never gets old. Renee Zellweger is perfection in it

Other recent films would include Spirited Away, The Social Network, and Almost Famous. I can re-watch most Studio Ghibli films actually. Of course there are the Disney animated films as well that I grew up with like The Lion King, The Little Mermaid, etc.

As I get older, I find I cannot really watch entire films over and over and over again. Even the best of them, which I may have seen 15 times already . I can watch several or a certain scene from some like:
GONE WITH THE WIND - Hattie McDaniel`s tearfull staircase scene with De Havilland, etc.
ALL ABOUT EVE- Celeste Holm and Anne Baxter talking in the restroom, etc.
SUNSET BOULEVARD- Swanson watching Holden read her script, etc.
SINGIN` IN THE RAIN- Good Morning, Fit As a Fiddle, Moses Supposes, Cyd Charisse, etc.
THE LITTLE FOXES- Stone-faced Davis watches her husband... hoping she gets "lucky again" .
MILDRED PIERCE- Ann Blyth slaps her mamma down on that staircase. Pierce & Mildred toast.
HIGH NOON- Katy Jurado in all her strong scenes. Kelly in the window. Cooper sweating alone
A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE- Leigh and Brando toe to toe. Brando`s back & Hunter rubs it
ROOM AT THE TOP- Signoret`s reactions and her eyes... The car key & car kiss scenes, etc.
GOODBYE, MR. CHIPS- The boys looking back from years ago.... Donat ....
THE BROWNING VERSION- Stern Redgrave receives the Browning version as a gift.
SUMMERTIME- Hepburn turns to find Brazzi checking her out & taking her measurements.
THE NUN`S STORY- Hepburn walks down that alley not sure which way to turn..... etc.
    ...watching in the dark...
