And that's not even Mamie, that's Grace. She can have them both play her at different stages of her life.

By the way, I thought Mamie was terrific on The Good Wife.

Twilight: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 has a 68 on Metacritic. Anna Karenina has a 59. Clearly, it's time for KStewMania to happen! She had an affair with a married man and then reunited with her co-star to keep herself in the tabloids...that's way more interesting than Hathaway's mere marrying strategy. She has awards experience, and look how happy she is when she wins:

It"s the Mo'Nique route for her.

LOL, I still remember at years beginning when some newbie here actually suggested that KStew could happen because it would be the close of a giant franchise.

I'm shocked by how good the reviews are, actually. Obviously due to low expectations, but still. At least this can conclude with some decorum.
I know I've got a big ego, I really don't know why it's such a big deal, though.

Well...Eclipse too got 80s from THR/Variety for whatever reason. Also 70s from Time, NYT, Slate/Village Voice/Salon (but I suspect they just like to be contrarian and hip by liking something non-hip); 75 from NY Post, and 80s from LAT/EW. Yet it still ended up with non-positive reviews on Metacritic and 49% on Rotten Tomatoes. But for now it's higher than KStew's 1st Oscar contender (this being her 2nd obvs) Into the Wild on RT.

Condon did direct acting nominees Gods and Monsters, Kinsey, and Dreamgirls. He's brought that magic here. Now how many more millions will this movie make worldwide than previous frontrunner JLaw's hit The Hunger Games?

    Campaign quotes:
"Stewart seems to be enjoying herself for the first time, too. She's done away with the sulking and lip-biting and thrives within her newfound ferocious femininity. The swoony Edward almost feels like an afterthought here: This is Bella's time to sparkle." (Star Tribune)
"The leads are thoroughly comfortable in these roles" (Empire) - You hear that, Lawrence? Comfortable.
"Stewart has the sense to play the moment straight...Stewart has always seen the strength in her character" (Box Office).
    "They acquit themselves here" (THR).
"Kristen rises to the challenger and delivers a good performance...I’ve gotten used to Pattinson and Taylor Lautner...not being in the class of great screen actors" (Daily Mail) - She outshines the men.
    "Not inconsiderable talent" (Telegraph).

Reading a thread that is dedicated almost entirely to promoting, hyping, creaming over and then defending the should and must award-winning chance of a mediocre who-can't-act 22-year old actress is really freaking me out.

Yeah *****, better reviews than Flight, Pitch Perfect, Cloud Atlas, Hitchcock and tied with SLP. I think Anna Karenina is in good company. Better luck next time sis #FAIL

It's not going to get better reviews than SLP. Hitchcock, maybe, but not SLP.

Tied with SLP (as I said) on RT. Both are at 85%. Check your receipts.

Uhm, Hitchcock currently has no MC score so the jury is still out on that. Cloud Atlas and Pitch Perfect aren't Oscar contenders. SLP has 77, Flight has a 76, Twilight has a 68 and Anna Karenina has a 60. So who's failing here exactly?

77> 68. Check YOUR receipts, hun.

The only thing that is ruined with Twilights reviews are my Razzie predictions.

Dunno, I could see the reviews going down (I mean, only five reviews on MC) and I'd still count on the Razzies to at least nominate it everywhere. The Eclipse reviews weren't so horrible (no negative ones on MC) and that didn't stop them.
