If so, we can be friends.
I've enjoyed several of the Brussels from Muscles' movies. I guess that makes me a fan.

(A recent effort of his that I actually surprisingly enjoyed was the DTV release UNIVERSAL SOLDIER: REGENERATION.)

Both have done many movies I've liked, though as a kid I always was a bigger Arnold fan because quite frankly (for a time at least) his movies were consistently better. In a way he reminded of Clint Eastwood in having a knack for both knowing what his fans wanted to see, and attach that formula to good story properties with good directors. (PREDATOR and TOTAL RECALL both come to mind.)

Aliens followed by Terminator. After that, it's a jumble, though Avatar would be around the bottom (though above Piranha. I think.)

    7. Avatar
Underwhelmed by the special effects (yeah i'm old), by the story (didn't need youtube to do the connection with Pocahontas), and maybe because it has a main character played by the uncharismatic actor Sam Worthington.
    sorry for my english

I was crazy obsessed with The Abyss when it came out in 1989. I saw it over and over again in the cinema.

Aliens / both Terminator films will never grow old for me.

Titanic was amazing on the big screen but difficult for me to get through on TV and I didn't like 3D conversion.

Avatar is the first Cameron film to disappoint me. I even tried giving it 3 chances. It leaves me completely cold unlike his other films.

    Great director.

    1- Terminator 2: Judgment Day
    2- Aliens
    3- Avatar
    4- Titanic
    5- The Terminator
    6- True Lies

All great. The first two are masterpieces. Avatar is incredibly underrated amongst the general public. It is indeed not perfect (Sigourney Weaver's acting, the story "structure") but it is still one his most, if not most, mature and thought-provoking work to date.

Titanic won this? LOL. AD has lost whatever credibility it had!

LOL, this. I'm surprised Titanic won here. I always thought it isn't particularly well-received on AD?

Or anywhere else for that matter. I love Titanic even though it's still not his best movie.

I have seen very few and I still need to watch Titanic properly, but I adore Aliens.

His best is Terminator 2, but my favorite is Aliens. I voted for Aliens.

We're talking about the same TITANIC that made the revised AFI Top 100 movies list and did pretty well in its re-release? I think its one of those moviesthat people like but many still won't cop to liking it. I guess?

Plus the Cameron sci-fi actioneers split the vote against each other. Personally I'm surprised by the lack of votes for ABYSS, and all those votes for TRUE LIES.

I would have to look, but I swear I think you've said this before. But I'm too lazy to look so you've officially marked AD has having jumped the shark right here in this thread. *Bookmarked*

If Shark Jumping was an Olympic sport, AD would be the Michael Phelps of that sport.

AD jumps sharks every second it continues to be awards-centered.

I believe the forum is AWARDS DAILY. I'd argue when it's not talking about awards, it has jumped the shark.

Despite the Kate Winslet, Titanic is a fantastic film. I don't understand all of the hate.
