They didn't award any film more than once! Spreading the love, I like it. They also mostly avoided awarding the films/perfs with the most Oscar buzz (e.g. The Master, SLP, Wallis)

How do they only have an award for breakthrough performances but not regular ones? Seeing Melanie Lynskey up against all those unknowns is weird.

She follows in the footsteps of recent Oscar nominees Jennifer Lawrence and Jeremy Renner, who also lost the Gotham Breakthrough Actor award

Seeing that my thread at the main page was locked,i'm wondering whether this sub-forum will be the place to discuss and post the announcements for the various critics awards. In the last couple of years the winners/nominations were always posted on the main page so i'm kind of confused.

Anyway, very, very happy for Moonrise Kingdom.Hopefully this is a start of a rich awards run, that ends with a Best Picture nomination.

Allison William's look is vomit-inducing. I think Shailene Woodley styled her.

    Quvenzhané!

I like Allison Williams' hair but the dress is just awful. Amy Adams and Emily Blunt look distractingly pretty. Like their dresses are meh but they just look stunning.

And Emayatzy wins HANDS DOWN!! Gorgeous!
