I guess there should be more 3D movies every year for that to happen, but frankly, I'd love it. They're totally different animals, and I think it unfair to compare them. Plus, people tend to value the technical difficulty and technical achievement more than the expressive/artistic achievement of a 2D cinamatography. Not saying the former precludes the later and vice-versa, and I in fact like a lot the last 3D cinematography wins, but I think they have different easthetic and technical values that, by now, should be taken to different categories.
