Ugh, that intro was painful. Ditto the first sketch. I feel like thus far he's just played a caricature of an aggressive black man. Yuck at perpetuating stereotypes.
Right? The worst part is that he felt like he was improving the whole monologue. Like he should know better than that. And 2 Chainz, seriously?
And yay! Another racist sketch. This is getting awful.
LOL The crystal sketch was really funny. The rest = bleh.
So what I'm hearing is, I probably don't want to watch this because it's terrible.
Watch the the Dermont Mulroney/Dylan McDermont sketch and the crystal sketh (gasp Vanessa Bayer was funny) and that's it. The rest were just plain awful.
Crystals was funny, lol. BTW I really like Cecily Strong. She's one of my faves after Kate McKinnon
Maine Justice, Dermot, Crystals, Mrs. Claus and Ding Dong on Weekend Update were the standouts for me.
This is the funniest Vanessa Bayer has ever been.
I am shocked, and not surprised - it was after all the weakest episode in quite a while.
That was an extremely touching opening. Very classy.
