It was an ER and Gilmore Girls reunion in that episode. Looking forward to see where the Maddie storyline goes. I like the idea of Kalinda and her husband but they definitely need to tidy up the storyline or else it will drag. Did love when she went into Alicia's office to inform her about her husband (therapist's office).

Except for Kalinda. That entire story needs to go.
I may start forwarding past it. It seems like crap Bryan Elsley would have written.

Decent episode sans the Kalinda stuff. Loving Nathan Lane's performance as the trustee.

Good to see I am not the only one that dislike the Kalinda story.

Pretty much everyone hates it. The media has taken to calling it "The Kalinda Problem" after a Ken Tucker article ripped it to shreds. It is making it difficult to watch the show. Just a terrible storyline.

They should get rid of that Kalinda story as soon as possible. Just because people liked Kalinda, there's no need to bring the character to such absurd places. It's really terrible.

Yeah, hating the Kalinda story too. Not only the storyline is bad, but it is not going anywhere, it is just a repetition of scenes.

And Cary has been tragically under used so far. I was excited about him going back to the firm, but he rarely gets any lines.

EDIT: Oh, and the kiss? Meh. It seems like Peter was rewarded because he didn't cheat this time. Weird.

Even though I'm starting to not like the Kalinda storyline, I did crack up when she informed her husband that the woman was a Fed Agent. Game on there.

I echo everyone's thoughts. The Kalinda storyline is just awful.

I guess Maddie is behind the sex scandal, right? Her approach to Alicia always seemed premeditated.

Not sure about Maddie being behind the sex scandal with the campaign worker (likely so), but the speculation is that she will challenge Peter for the democratic nomination (and solve the "woman problem" of no females on the ticket). She'll offer Peter the lieutenant governor job if he bows out of the election. And yeah, Maddie was playing Alicia all along (and Alicia will NOT be pleased with being used). There's still a chance that Matthew Perry will be back sometime again as Mike Kresteva, at least for one episode.

The "Kalinda Problem" will also be resolved soon, per the Kings. Hopefully that means that Marc Warren will be out sooner rather than later. They were surprised by the negative reaction to the material, but want to give Archie Panjabi the "best material we can possibly give her," so by the second half of the season, we should get the badass awesome Kalinda back intact and no more of this "50 Shades of Kalinda" BS.

Anyone still interested in this? It seems like Kalinda's husband is finally gone. Thank God! Welcome back, Kalinda!

And I hope this can put the show back on track. This season's been disappointing so far.

This is still my fave show but yes, disappointing so far considering the previous seasons. They need to get something for Cary to do and fast. That Kalinda storyline took too much space.

I did like Amanda Peet's character and her building relationship with Will Gardner, disbarred lawyer. Alicia's daughter though needs to be sent to a boarding school in Sweden asap.

Yeah, more Cary, more Diane, better stories for Kalinda, less Alicia's children. Put this people working together more like a team. That should help.

    Another boring episode.

There is too many things going on. This season's been so unfocused lately. Nice to see more of Cary, but this Eli storyline is annoying. Why can we just have like a good, strong case and the team working together on the same case for once?

Glad Kalinda said she is sorry. Ugh, how I miss their friendship.

Still have to watch last night's episode, but I thought the previous two were a great improvement for the season. More excited now. I was getting bored.

Tonight's episode was v good. Love Alicia and Cary together. I didn't used to like Cary, but he's grown on me.

I wonder how the dynamic of the show will change now that Alicia is a peer.
