I think Lotus is filled with a lot of really enjoyable pop, which is all Xtina (assumedly) wanted to make after the never-ending flop parade she was on for some time.
It's o-b-v-i-o-u-s-l-y no where near the glory of Back to Basics, but I think it's what she needed: a little bit of fun.

Anyone heard The Weeknd's Trilogy. I know most have probably heard the original mixtapes but the remastered version sounds better but I think I still prefer the grittiness of the mixtapes.
