2013 Best Actress Predictions

After this year's Best Supp Actor/Actress redux, I won't be surprised if Actress is the next one that will have five comeback nominees or even winners. Of course, five comeback noms already happened here before in 94. So it's really possible to happen again. If there are five comeback noms, I'd say.. Streep, WInslet, Bullock, Cotillard, and maybe Watts for the last spot. Or if winners, then replace with Kidman/Blanchett. That's gonna be a riot here. Halle Berry better be happy she's not in contention.

Also, Reitman's last feature failed to grab her lead actress a nod (Theron in Young Adult), though of course Winslet easily gains traction than Theron and the latter is seen in a lightweight movie. But I don't think Winslet is an easy comeback nom. And it still aches that Theron missed last year. Her performance in Young Adult >>>>>>>> the five nominees combined.

Yes!! In my opinion,this is still one of the worst snubs in recent memory.

In terms of potential first-time nominees, I think Julie Delpy is towards the top of that list, atm
