I hope she does this at the AMA's and not that snoozey new country song.
Will Oscar have Riva Fever?
I like that song. Takes a bit to get into, though.
Will Oscar have Riva Fever?
I really like it as well. I hope it becomes a hit (but I doubt it).

This really can become a hit if handled properly though.

I don't think it is as immediate as "Stronger," but it's anthemic and has a great message that I think a lot of different people will cling to for different reasons.

Maybe people in pop are too scared of competing with her voice? LOL.LOS ANGELES (AP) — There's a reason Kelly Clarkson has performed duets with country superstars like Reba McEntire, Jason Aldean and Vince Gill but never one of her Top 40 colleagues in the 10 years since she became the first "American Idol". They've turned her down — eight times.
"I have, like, 5,000 duets in country music," Clarkson says, flashing a smile. "I don't have one in pop. That's legitimately because everyone turns me down. I'm not even kidding. I've asked sooo many artists to sing with me. Everyone legitimately turns me down! The only one that hasn't was Chris Daughtry."
A few months ago, she asked P!nk, Jessie J and Lady Gaga on Twitter if any of them wanted to do something with her and none of them tweeted back at her. But I'm going to assume there were more formal discussions with other artists behind the scenes. I always thought it was curious why she never collaborated with anyone in the pop/R&B/rock fields.
This should absolutely be a hit. Let's see what happens with "Catch My Breath" post-AMAs, but it's cool she has this waiting in the wings.
Yeah, I'm just assuming that she does, especially since they just released the video. The song has seen a slight increase in sales and spins since it came out. Might as well give it a shot.
She can perform "People Like Us" at the Grammys!
I think it's better in the live performances on YouTube, but I love how her voice sounds on it.
I think it's a very strange recording, actually. She doesn't sound particularly good.
That's how she kind of sounded in the last Smokestack Sessions. I wouldn't be surprised if these songs were recorded at that time as well, and these were the leftovers.
I still like hearing that rasp which never really comes out in her records.
