Oh, I see.
Yeah, for concerts in larger venues like that, it really pays to attempt to get your tickets right when they go on sale. Or join some fan club to get exclusive deals and advance chances at tickets.

For those who like Saint Etienne, you can watch their concert at the Primaversa Sound Festival (Barcelona) tonight at 23:00 GMT+2 here: http://www.youtube.com/user/PrimaveraSoundTV
Has anyone heard the rest of the album by Scottish artist? This track is not bad. The resemblance to Beyonce's voice/style is uncanny. I always wonder if it is a plus or negative for a new artist.

Little Boots' new single, Headphones, is fucking glorious. The three records she's released in the past 7 months have been pretty much A+. Can't wait to hear the album.

I haven't heard any of her music, just about her getting 2nd in X-Factor UK, but Rebecca Ferguson has an awesome tone to her voice.
"Nothing's Real But Love" is free on iTunes, and is nice. Unfortunately, I don't see her becoming popular in the US (like Leona).

And the new album will be out in September!!! Between that and The xx, September is shaping up to be a fucking awesome month for music.

I had no idea Grizzly Bear was coming out with new music. The new song is nice. I'll need some time to grow into it.
So much great music coming soon. Gah.
So, Holland's biggest (and by far best) music magazine, OOR (which means EAR) had their readers select and Indie Top 100 (from a set list of 400 contestants, by the way), and this was the result:
1. Arctic Monkeys – I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor (2005)
2. Franz Ferdinand – Take Me Out (2004)
3. Joy Division – Love Will Tear Us Apart (1980)
4. The Strokes – Last Nite (2001)
5. Editors – Munich (2005)
6. dEUS – Suds & Soda (1994)
7. The White Stripes – Seven Nation Army (2003)
8. Blur – Song 2 (1997)
9. The Smiths – There Is A Light That Never Goes Out (1986)
10. New Order – Blue Monday (1983)
Thoughts? Three of my personal Top 100 of all time are in it, so I can't complain, but it skews a bit... young, no?
