differently, Molussia, I remember just being awestruck at the combination of different factors - its nostalgic homage to the art of celluloid filmmaking, its increasingly relevant sociopolitical allegory, its playfully revisionist history in the pursuit of truth, its almost Brechtian treatment on the ongoing consonance/dissonance of sound and image, and finally, just the pure audacity of the whole endeavour. It definitely felt like the spiritual and thematic brethren of Michael Snow's films. Just absolutely wonderful!
