So Sudoeste is also known as Southwest.

As for differently, Molussia, I remember just being awestruck at the combination of different factors - its nostalgic homage to the art of celluloid filmmaking, its increasingly relevant sociopolitical allegory, its playfully revisionist history in the pursuit of truth, its almost Brechtian treatment on the ongoing consonance/dissonance of sound and image, and finally, just the pure audacity of the whole endeavour. It definitely felt like the spiritual and thematic brethren of Michael Snow's films. Just absolutely wonderful!

Michael Sicinski wrote a beautiful piece about the movie for Cinema Scope:
Oh right, Southwest is on KG too. I remember the insane aspect ratio, haha! It looked neat, but I would love to see it on some kind of wall or something.

I don't know if you partake in drugs, but I think I would most enjoy that Rey film high. When I'm sober it's hard for me to appreciate anything super detailed. And I feel very spiritual... but you're on a much higher movie-viewing frequency than me. I would like to appreciate that movie as much as you do... so badly. I'll try. Haha. But it has some narration, so that makes me happy! I've tried movies like Razzle Dazzle and they just fuck with my head. But I love movies so much! Haha.

Just looking for that new experience. (I hope Post Tenebras Lux brings it on Friday!)

Your top 5 is glorious... . I would only replace Moonrise with ZD30 and switch the order around a little bit.
