Nows the part where I start to second guess my NBR predictions and think about changing them...knowing that if I do I'll probably fuck things up worse.

Here's the trick for predicting: remove all bias + look at the group's past winners

60 is not bad at all considering how my morning started with the first 5 awards and it's about how I usually do on these. The only thing I'm really kicking myself about is not having McConaughey has an alternate, which would have only given me 5 more points.

Yeah, getting two ZEROES in Lead and Supporting Actress sucked for me. Plus that whole stupid 'oh now we can put a doc in first film' bullshit.

Well yeah that too lol. Especially because if How to Survive a Plague won't have won First Feature, it probably would have won Documentary which would have meant another 5 points.

55 points. Cinematography and actress threw me off.

Oh. Okay. Yeah, I did my NYFCC predictions a week ago, instead of updating them constantly and doing research. ugh, I really need to be less lazy about this.

I'm just so glad I randomly called The Central Park Five, since I never have a clue about documentary categories and just scan others' predictions and predict what sound interesting I don't think it ever worked though.
I know I've got a big ego, I really don't know why it's such a big deal, though.

Yeah, I try and remove all bias when predicting for these things...but I never have the time to research past winners. I just overestimated Argo and The Master and underestimated Lincoln and Zero Dark Thirty
